SECURITY BLANKET

The focus of the exhibit is a very large quilt which is a collaboration of women artists from around the country, each of which has designed and produced one square. The theme of the quilt - 'Security Blanket' - focuses on women's issues. https://securityblanket.ar

In addition to the quilt, local artists will be exhibiting their own artwork related to this theme, including: Fabric work - quilting, weaving, tapestry, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, textile printing, etc.  - would be ideal, but any medium is welcome. The artwork should be two-dimensional and able to hang on a wall. The quilt will take up just one wall, so 6 more display walls will be available.
